NTE 1.3's CN and global dates, explained

By DayOneFix Editorial · August 12, 2026

Two real dates, one recurring confusion. Version 1.3 launches on CN servers 13 August and on global servers 19 August — and every version so far has worked exactly this way.

The gap is the schedule, not a delay

Unlike the HoYoverse games (which update every server in one worldwide maintenance window), NTE runs its CN and global versions on deliberately offset schedules, six days apart. Global 1.3 was announced for 19 August from the start — nothing slipped. If you see “NTE 1.3 delayed on global” anywhere, it is a misreading of the offset.

The practical calendar:

CNGlobal
1.3 launch13 August19 August
Phase 1 — Zankou + Nanally rerun13 Aug – 3 Sep19 Aug – 9 Sep
Phase 2 — Linko + rerun3 – 24 Sepnot yet announced

What the offset gives global players

Six days of CN gameplay is effectively a public test window for global players:

Our own coverage uses the offset the same way: CN launch-day findings get folded into the countdown page and these guides before the global date.

What time on each date?

CN maintenance notices have consistently used a 06:00–11:00 (UTC+8) window; the global unlock hour for 1.3 has not been announced. Both get confirmed on the countdown page as the official notices post.

FAQ

When does NTE 1.3 release on CN and global? CN servers 13 August, global servers 19 August — two real dates, six days apart, and every version so far has worked exactly this way.

Is NTE 1.3 delayed on global? No. The six-day gap is the schedule, not a delay — global 1.3 was announced for 19 August from the start, and nothing slipped. “NTE 1.3 delayed on global” is a misreading of the deliberate CN/global offset.

What are the 1.3 banner windows? Phase 1 (Zankou plus the Nanally rerun): 13 August – 3 September on CN, 19 August – 9 September on global. Phase 2 (Linko plus a rerun): 3 – 24 September on CN; the global Phase 2 window is not yet announced.

What time does 1.3 unlock? CN maintenance notices have consistently used a 06:00–11:00 (UTC+8) window. The global unlock hour for 1.3 has not been announced — both get confirmed as the official notices post.

Why does the six-day gap help global players? CN’s head start works as a public test window: banner verdicts on Zankou’s real performance, bug maps from CN’s launch hours, and optimised event routes (glider at 50 cumulative pulls, buggy skin at 120, Zankou outfit at 200) all settle before global pulls open.
