The crate (CN name 逐光破浪 — English client name pending our check) carries, per CN reports at its 1.3 debut:

The backlash, reported as what it is
CN discussion filed this crate’s pricing next to the earlier Porsche-collab crate — same top-tier cost — and “the crate got more expensive” threads did real numbers. That is community sentiment, not our measurement; what is verifiable is the sticker math above and one hard fact from the official preview: if you want to surf freely, the jet ski is the only way in, which is exactly why the pricing argument got heated.
Before you pull
- The Fons figure is the full-clear cost — partial pulls hit individual items far cheaper, and CN “value-route” guides exist precisely because most players want one item, not the set.
- The beach bike (熱風) and bicycle (舊時光) are direct Fons purchases, not crate items — do not open crates hunting for them.
- Global’s crate went live with 1.3 on 19 August; if the global version’s numbers differ from CN’s, this page gets corrected the day we can verify it.
