The standalone villa in Neverness to Everness 1.3
By DayOneFix Editorial · August 12, 2026
The most requested feature in Neverness to Everness finally ships with version 1.3 — CN on 13 August, global on 19 August: a standalone home.
What the villa actually is
Per the official livestream: a detached countryside villa — separate from the existing apartment system — with its own grounds and, crucially, a farming plot. Crops are not decorative: harvests sell for Beetle Coins, making the villa a small income loop rather than a pure showpiece.
The villa sits in Duskmoor, the new area that roughly doubles the playable map — countryside, coast and highlands, which is exactly the setting a standalone home wants.
How you get it — answered by the CN launch
You buy it, and it is expensive. The official CN 1.3 update notice, published for the 13 August launch, names the property 闲野雅筑 and sets the terms:
| Price | 6,900,000 Beetle Coins |
| Requirement | Urban Tycoon level 13 |
| Income loop | Crops harvested on the plot can be sold for Beetle Coins by spending Urban Vitality |
Two things global players should take from that, six days before their own update:
- It is not a quest reward or an event handout. If you want the villa the week 1.3 opens on your server, the currency is the gate — start banking Beetle Coins now rather than spending them on furniture.
- Urban Tycoon 13 is the real filter. A player sitting on 6.9M coins still can’t buy it without the level, so progress that track in parallel.
The farming loop is officially confirmed as a sink-and-return system rather than decoration: you spend Urban Vitality to convert harvests into coins, which is what makes the villa partially pay for itself over time.
Planning the purchase? What else competes for your Beetle Coins.
Still open
- Whether crop timers reward active rotation or run on a flat cycle
- Furniture-capacity differences versus the apartment system
Those need hands-on time rather than a notice, and they land here as CN players report back.
The vehicles arriving alongside
Same update, same coast:
- “Tide” jet ski — the game’s first water vehicle (from a gacha crate bundled with swimsuit outfits); needed for free-roam surfing
- Beach ATV — direct purchase with Beetle Coins, sand-tuned but road-legal
- Bicycle — direct purchase, and a companion character rides along
