How to get her constellations

Different question from unlocking her, and now — two weeks into the version — the mechanism is verified: each Cryo constellation costs one Memory of Piercing Frost, not a Stella Fortuna, and you earn them by levelling Snezhnaya’s Statues of the Seven (the offering track), never from wishes. Two Memories are obtainable in 7.0, so C1 and C2 are both free right now; the rest arrive as Snezhnaya opens further in later versions.
