Three currencies, three sources, zero conversion between them. That last part is what sends most people looking: there is no shop entry, and no account level, that lets you turn AIC Quota into Endpoint Quota. They are separate currencies that happen to share a shop screen — Acquisition Center → Quota Exchange, then pick the tab on the left.

What to spend first

Bond Quota → Chartered HH Permits. These are otherwise only obtainable from missions and events, and the Bond store carries them in unlimited quantity at 25 each. Everything else in that store can wait for the next reset — buy it only if you are genuinely short on a resource right now.

AIC Quota → permits before materials. Take the Headhunting Permits for banners you actually intend to pull, then spend what is left on promotion materials. Materials are farmable; limited-time permits are not.

Endpoint Quota → do not plan around it. It only accumulates from 6★ duplicates, which means it barely moves until your roster is already deep. Treat it as a bonus layer that eventually hands a favourite 6★ Operator a chosen weapon, not as part of an early- or mid-game plan.

Why you cannot convert AIC into Endpoint

Because they are fed by different rarities on purpose. AIC is the 4★/5★ overflow valve, Endpoint is the 6★ one. Converting would let a wide roster of low-rarity duplicates buy a 6★ weapon, which is exactly the exchange rate the design is avoiding. There is no shop entry for it and no level that unlocks one — if you are holding AIC Quota waiting for that option to appear, spend it.

Sources and what we could not confirm

The three sources, the exchange rates and the no-conversion rule are consistent across Game8’s three separate quota pages, the Endfield Talos Wiki and Fandom entries, and Endfield Hub’s quota exchange guide — we cross-checked rather than following one write-up. We have not verified the rates in-game ourselves, and rates of this kind are exactly the sort a patch can adjust quietly. If a number here does not match what your Quota Exchange shows after an update, trust the game and tell us.
