The safe way to set up Endfield cross-save depends on which platform already holds your progress. Gryphline’s two official linking routes have different email requirements. The choice that catches PC players is on the first PS5 login: if you skip the linking prompt and use quick login, the PSN account creates a new Gryphline Account. You cannot later attach that PSN account to the email of a different, already registered Gryphline Account through the User Center.
This guide is a decision aid based on Gryphline’s account-linking instructions. It does not require you to unlink, delete, or reset an account.
Choose the route that matches your existing save
| Where your progress is now | Which account must be unused | Where to link |
|---|---|---|
| PC, iOS, or Android under a Gryphline Account | The PSN account must never have logged into Endfield | The one-time prompt on that PSN account’s first PS5 login |
| PS5 under a PSN account | The email address must not already be registered as a Gryphline Account | PS5 game: Settings → Platform & Account → User Center → Link Email |
Those conditions come from Gryphline’s separate linking-eligibility FAQ. An email used by an existing PC save is not an unused email for the PS5-first route.
If you started on PC or mobile
- Confirm which Gryphline Account holds the save you want to keep. Have its registered email ready.
- On PlayStation, use a PSN account that has never logged into Endfield.
- On its first game login, accept the user agreement and choose the prompt to link an existing Gryphline Account. Enter that account’s email there.
- After linking, check that you selected the same game server as your PC or mobile save before concluding that progress is missing.
Do not choose quick login just to get past the prompt. Gryphline says that action registers a new Gryphline Account for the PSN account. The prompt does not return on a later login, and the PS5 User Center cannot then link that PSN account to an already registered Gryphline email. If the game crashes while the initial prompt is open, that is different: Gryphline says the prompt reappears on the next login.
If you started on PS5
Keep using the PSN account that holds your save. In the PS5 game, open Settings → Platform & Account → User Center → Link Email. Enter an email address that has not registered a Gryphline Account. Gryphline says this creates the linked Gryphline login that you can then use on PC, iOS, or Android.
Trying to attach an already registered Gryphline email at this stage fails the published eligibility rule: the PSN account already has its own Gryphline Account from its first login. This route carries your PS5 progress to the other platforms; it is not a way to combine an existing PC save with an existing PS5 save.
Three checks before you assume your save is gone
- Check the server. Gryphline states that data is shared across PC, Android, iOS, and PS5 within the same server, but not between servers. A different region can look like a blank save.
- Check the login method. Linking shares progress; it does not make PSN credentials a PC login. Gryphline says PC and mobile still use a Gryphline Account, while PlayStation still uses the PSN account.
- Check the linked email. On the platform where you can still access the save, open Settings → Platform & Account → User Center to inspect the linked account before making another change.
If both your PC Gryphline Account and PSN account already have separate progress, Gryphline’s FAQ does not offer a merge procedure. Do not assume unlinking will preserve or combine either save. Contact official support with the account identifiers and explain which save you want to retain before changing the link.

The two linking routes, the first-login warning, and the unused-account requirements are from Gryphline’s official how-to-link and eligibility FAQs. The same-server rule and platform-specific sign-in methods come from the official cross-platform data and login-method FAQs.
